医学学术型硕士研究生科研能力现状调查

Investigation on cultivating scientific research capacity of medical academic-oriented master degree candidates

目的了解临床学术型硕士研究生科研环境的现状,分析其存在的问题,提出相应的建议与对策。方法采用调查问卷的形式对浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院在读的35名临床学术型硕士研究生进行相关科研能力的调查。结果调查发现临床学术型硕士研究生的培养过程中94.29%的学术型硕士研究生认为本科与研究生阶段教育衔接程度并不紧密,同时调查发现学术型硕士研究生文献阅读能力欠缺,需要专业实验指导以及希望加强科研设备的配备。结论根据临床学术型研究生培养现阶段的一些现状与不足,提出本科教育衔接硕士教育,可通过提高文献阅读能力,提升实验能力指导以及加强基础设施配备来提升学术型研究生的科研能力,以期对学术型硕士研究生的科研能力培养体系建设提供一定的参考。

Objective To investigate the status of medical academic-oriented master degree candidates and analyze its problems to provide the feasible strategies.Methods A total of 35 medical academic-oriented master degree candi⁃dates from Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital were investigated using the questionnaire for relevant scientific research capabili⁃ties.Results The questionnaire found that 94.29%of the academic-oriented master degree candidates believed that the degree of connection between undergraduate and postgraduate education was not close,and the questionnaire found that the academic-oriented master degree candidates lack literature reading ability,need professional experimental guidance and hope to strengthen the equipment of scientific research equipment.Conclusion According to some current situa⁃tions and shortcomings of clinical academic postgraduate training,this paper proposes to improve the scientific research ability of academic graduate students by bridging undergraduate education with master's education,improving literature reading ability,improving experimental ability guidance,and strengthening infrastructure equipment,in order to provide a certain reference for the construction of scientific research ability training system for offer certain references for con⁃structing the cultivation system of academic-oriented master degree candidates’scientific research capacity.
