生殖医学研究生培养中辅助生殖实验室教学的应用探讨

Discussion on the application of assisted reproductive laboratory teaching in training of postgraduates of repro⁃ductive medicine

目的探讨辅助生殖实验室教学在生殖医学研究生培养中的应用。方法以辅助生殖实验室技术为基础结合生殖医学研究生培养目标确定教学内容,并结合辅助生殖实验室教学特点设计教学方法。选取30名生殖医学研究生作为研究对象,实施一学期的辅助生殖实验室教学,比较学生授课前后理论知识、操作技能、临床思维的考核成绩来评估教学成效,并调查学生的学习体会、教学内容和教学方法的评价。结果授课后学生的理论知识、操作技能、临床思维考核成绩均明显高于授课前,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=15.78、13.93、11.02,P均<0.05)。绝大多数学生(90.00%)认为辅助生殖实验室课程对今后的学习和科研有帮助,绝大部分学生(83.34%)对教学内容感到满意,大部分学生(63.33%)认为教学方法合适。结论生殖医学研究生培养中应用辅助生殖实验室教学,加强辅助生殖实验室的理论与实践学习,对于提升学生的综合能力和水平有重要作用。

Objective To explore the application of assisted reproductive laboratory teaching in training of postgradu-ates of reproductive medicine.Methods The teaching contents were determined based on assisted reproductive laborato-ry technology and training objectives for postgraduates of reproductive medicine,and the models of teaching were opti-mized according to the characteristics of assisted reproductive laboratory.A total of 30 postgraduates of reproductive medi-cine underwent the teaching of assisted reproduction laboratory for one semester.The teaching results were evaluated by comparing the students'theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and clinical thinking before and after teaching.The stu-dents'learning experiences and evaluation of teaching contents and models were also investigated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and clinical thinking of students after teaching were significantly higher than those before teaching(t=15.78,13.93,11.02,P<0.05).The majority of students(90.00%)believed that the course of as-sisted reproductive laboratory would be helpful for their future study and research work.The majority of students(83.34%)were satisfied with the teaching contents,and 63.33%of students thought that the models of teaching were ap-propriate.Conclusion Applying the assisted reproductive laboratory teaching in training of postgraduates of reproduc-tive medicine and strengthening the theoretical and practical learning of assisted reproduction laboratory plays an impor-tant role in improving students'comprehensive ability and level.
