人工智能辅助肺结节CT诊断效能评估研究 被引量:1

摘要 肺结节是指胸片或者CT上直径<3 cm的团块状病灶,是肺部肿瘤的早期表现形式[1]。研究显示,不明原因的肺部肿瘤早期病变中多伴有孤立性肺结节[2]。故早期发现并诊断肺结节对预防和治疗肺癌有积极作用。目前临床常采用CT检查,可根据CT影像学征象来鉴别肺结节性质。但有报道显示,CT检查仍存在漏诊、误诊的现象,使得诊疗延误,影响患者预后[3]。近年来随医学技术的不断发展革新,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)被广泛应用于医疗体系,其通过快速标记病变部位对肺结节良恶性性质进行分类,具有效率快、诊断效能高和操作简单等优点,仅需输入大量的肺结节图像数据和病理结果即可自行获取相应对应关系,从而准确发现肺结节,降低漏诊率[4]。因此,本次研究旨在探讨分析AI辅助肺结节CT的诊断效能,以期为临床诊断提供参考依据。现报道如下。
