人工智能技术的深入应用,给百年变局下的共同富裕带来前所未有的机遇。基于2009-2017年的省级面板数据,构建固定效应模型,对人工智能产业化的共同富裕效应进行了分析。研究发现:2009-2017年人工智能的产业化发展显著推动了我国共同富裕进程,这一结论在经历了稳健性检验和内生性讨论后依旧成立;按照产业转型升级、城市转型升级、乡村转型升级的三重逻辑论证,人工智能产业化通过促进产业结构高级化、高质量城镇化和高质量乡村振兴,有力地推动了共同富裕。强化顶层设计,推进和落实产业化、工业化、城市化+智慧化模式,加快AI人才培育和产学研合作是本研究提出的建议。本研究结论对我国推动共同富裕具有重要启示。

The in-depth application of artificial intelligence technology has brought unprecedented opportunities for common pros⁃perity under a century of changes.Based on the provincial panel data from 2009 to 2017,this paper constructs a fixed effect mod⁃el to analyze the common prosperity effect of artificial intelligence industrialization.The results show that the development of arti⁃ficial intelligence during 2009-2017 significantly promoted the process of common prosperity in China.This conclusion is still valid after robustness test and endogenous discussion.According to the triple logical demonstration of industrial transformation and up⁃grading,urban transformation and upgrading,and rural transformation and upgrading,the industrialization of AI has effectively promoted common prosperity by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,high-quality urbanization,and high-quality rural revitalization.Strengthening top-level design,promoting and implementing the model of industrialization,industrialization,urban⁃ization+intelligence,accelerating AI talent cultivation and industry-university-research cooperation are the suggestions put for⁃ward in this paper.The conclusion of this paper has important implications for promoting common prosperity in China.
