农村物流对城乡居民消费差距的影响研究——基于全国31个省(市)的实证分析

Empirical analysis on the impact of rural logistics on the consumption gap between urban and rural res⁃ident——empirical analysis based on 31 provinces(cities)across China

提高农村居民消费水平,缩小城乡居民消费差距,是实现城乡统筹发展和乡村振兴战略的重要内容。首先简要阐述了我国农村物流和城乡居民消费差距的现状,然后系统梳理了农村物流对城乡居民消费差距的影响路径,并利用2011-2020年全国31个省(直辖市、自治区)的农村物流和城乡居民消费数据,构建固定效应模型,实证检验了农村物流对城乡居民消费差距的影响。研究表明:农村物流对城乡居民消费差距具有显著的负向影响,农村物流发展水平的提升和物流产业规模的扩大有利于缩小城乡居民消费差距;农村物流对缩小城乡居民消费差距的影响具有地区异质性,即农村物流发展水平的提升对中西部地区尤为明显,而农村物流产业规模的扩大对东部地区影响较大。因此,应当提高中西部地区农村物流发展水平,加快东部农村地区物流基础设施建设,完善农村电商平台建设,加快培养物流领域专业人才,推动农村消费市场快速发展,不断缩小城乡居民消费差距。

Improving the consumption level of rural residents and narrowing the consumption gap between urban and rural resi⁃dents are important elements in realizing integrated urban-rural development and rural revitalization strategy.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the current situation of rural logistics and consumption gap between urban and rural residents,systematically combs the influence path of rural logistics on the consumption gap between urban and rural residents.Then it constructs a fixed-ef⁃fects model using rural logistics and urban-rural residents'consumption data from 31 provinces(municipalities)across China from 2011 to 2020 to empirically test the impact of rural logistics on the consumption gap between urban and rural residents.The study shows that the development of rural logistics has a significant negative impact and the improvement of rural logistics and the ex⁃pansion of the scale of rural logistics industry are conducive to narrowing the consumption gap.Meanwhile,the impact of rural lo⁃gistics on narrowing the consumption gap is regionally heterogeneous.While the improvement of rural logistics is especially obvi⁃ous for the central and western regions.the expansion of the scale of rural logistics industry has a greater impact on the eastern re⁃gion.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of logistics infrastructure in the eastern rural areas,improve the de⁃velopment level of rural logistics in the central and western regions,improve the construction of rural e-commerce platforms,ac⁃celerate the cultivation of professional talents in the field of logistics and promote the rapid development of rural consumer markets in order to continuously narrow the consumption gap between urban and rural residents.
