宁夏南部山区紫花苜蓿新品种抗旱性评价与筛选

摘要 为筛选出适应宁夏南部山区种植的苜蓿品种,选取21份国内外优质紫花苜蓿,采用盆栽试验的方式开展抗旱试验。利用苜蓿综合耐旱评级标准,从苜蓿存活率、发芽指数和平均分指数3个方面评价参试苜蓿品种的抗旱性。结果表明,甘农6号、陇东苜蓿、敖汉苜蓿为强抗旱型品种,甘农4号、甘农8号、公农1号、勇士为较强抗旱型品种。苜蓿种子在干旱复水后的存活率与幼苗第4天、第5天、第16天时的发芽指数均呈极显著负相关关系,可初步表明苜蓿种子发芽所用时间越少,其后期的抗旱性表现越差;发芽所用时间越长,其后期抗旱性表现越好。 In order to select alfalfa varieties suitable for planting in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia,21 high-quality alfalfa varieties from home and abroad were selected and drought resistance experiments were carried out by planting the varieties in pots.With the comprehensive drought tolerance rating standard of alfalfa,the drought resistance of the tested alfalfa varieties was evaluated from aspects of survival rate,germination index,and average sub index.The results showed that Gannong No.6,Longdong alfalfa,and Aohan alfalfa showed strong drought resistance,followed by Gannong No.4,Gannong No.8,Gongnong No.1,and Yongshi.The survival rate of alfalfa seeds after drought rehydration is significantly negatively correlated with the germination index of seedlings on the 4th,5th,and 16th days,indicating that the less time it takes for alfalfa seeds to germinate,the worse their drought resistance performance in the later stage,and vice versa.
