地方本科院校中药类专业通识课程在学生专业归属感培养中的效果评价与分析

摘要 专业归属感是学生学习内在驱动力的源泉。基于地方本科院校新建专业存在新生中调剂生占比高、中医药文化氛围不足等问题,为中药资源与开发专业大学一年级新生创设了中药类初识本草专业通识课程。课程秉承OBE教育理念,通过开展混合式教学、打造立体育人环境,充分激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的中医药思维和责任意识,使学生在大学一年级就建立专业认同感、归属感、责任感、自豪感,明确中药人的责任担当和历史使命。 The sense of professional belonging is the source of students’internal driving force.Based on the fact that there are many problems in the local undergraduate colleges,such as the high proportion of students changing majors among freshmen and the lack of cultural atmosphere of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),a general education curriculum of"preliminary understanding of Chinese Herb"has been created for freshmen majoring in Resources and Development of TCM in Zhengzhou Normal University.Adhering to the concept of OBE education,the course fully stimulates students’interest in professional learning and cultivates their TCM thinking and sense of responsibility by carrying out mixed teaching and creating a three-dimensional education environment to help students establish sense of professional identity,belonging,responsibility,and pride in the first year,and to clarify the responsibility and historical mission of TCM people.
