中华医学会肝病学分会和感染病学分会于2022年更新了《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南(2022年版)》。与2019年版相比,2022年版指南强调更广泛筛查、更积极抗病毒治疗。为便于医务人员深入理解和更好地应用指南,现对2022年版指南的更新要点进行概述和解读。
Chinese Society of Hepatology and Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases,Chinese Medical Association update the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B(version 2022)in 2022.The latest guidelines recommend more extensive screening and more active antiviral treating for hepatitis B virus infection.This article interprets the essential updates in the guidelines to help deepen understanding and better guide the clinical practice.
