城市综合体是把城市中不同性质、不同使用功能的社会生活空间相结合,统一规划设计,统一开发和管理,充分发挥建筑空间的共同作用,满足人们对于现代城市综合、低能耗、高效率的要求,形成一个完整独立的街区。本文通过颐堤港二期项目施工图设计经验,阐释大型城市综合体项目类型施工图设计中的特殊要点,希望给设计师带来一定的启发。

Urban complex is a combination of social living spaces with different properties and functions in a city,with unified planning,design,development,and management.It fully leverages the common role of architectural space,meets people's requirements for modern urban comprehensiveness,low energy consumption,and high efficiency,and forms a complete and independent block.This article explains the special points in the construction drawing design of large-scale urban complex projects based on the experience of Yidi Port Phase II project construction drawing design,hoping to provide some inspiration to designers.
