摘要
大型物流冷链仓库施工中存在着大跨度厂房支模难度大、冷库对地面和厂房有着一定的保温要求等难点问题。本文以宁波梅山国际冷链供应链平台项目(一期)Ⅰ标段项目为例,针对其厂房施工高大支模架和厂房特殊保温要求,对变温差较大的大跨度厂房的超长混凝土筏板基础结构的裂缝控制进行研究,并重点对高耐磨冷库地平和保温层的施工工艺进行了深化研究,提出了高大支模下厂房的地平主体保温的施工工艺,为类似的高大支模冷链物流仓库主体结构和保温施工的高质量建设提供了经验参考。
In the construction of large-scale logistics cold chain warehouse,there are some problems,such as the difficulty of supporting mold of long-span workshop and the requirement of thermal insulation of cold warehouse on the ground and workshop.Taking the supply chain platform project(Phase I)I project of Ningbo Meishan International Cold Chain as an example,the paper studies the crack control of ultra-long concrete raft foundation structure with large temperature difference in view of the high construction formwork and the special insulation requirements of the workshop.Furthermore,the construction technology of high wear-resistant cold storage floor level insulation layer is studied deeply,and the construction technology of floor insulatin of the workshop under the tall support mold is proposed,which provides an empirical reference for the high quality construction of the similar tall support mold cold chain logistics warehouse main structure and heat preservation construction.
