基于负压技术的平房共生院排污方案研究

摘要 共生院改造作为北京老城复兴的探索模式之一,院落排污改造问题尤为突出。由于共生院场地狭小,厕所入户困难,而公厕距离较远,高峰时期需要排队,恶劣天气条件对老人和小孩很不友好,上厕所难已经成为影响共生院居民生活品质的关键问题,居民对厕所入户的期望非常迫切。本文以北京法源寺街区为案例,研究适合共生院模式的排污方案,提出了一种基于负压技术的微曝气好氧快速处理系统和膜过滤系统,实现了污水的自处理和再利用。负压排水系统具有对周围环境影响小、管径小、管道铺设灵活、施工工期短、不易淤堵、易维护等优势,可以解决共生院污水处理难题,是提高共生院生活质量、推动老旧小区改造和实现居民美好生活和创新驱动可持续发展的关键技术。 As one of the exploration models for the revitalization of Beijing's old city,the renovation of symbiotic courtyards is particularly prominent in terms of pollution discharge.Due to the small size of the symbiotic courtyard,it is difficult to access toilets,and the distance between public toilets is relatively long.During peak hours,queues are required,and adverse weather conditions are very unfriendly to the elderly and children.Difficulty in accessing toilets has become a key issue affecting the quality of life of the residents of the symbiotic courtyard.The expectation of residents for toilet access is very urgent.This article takes the Fayuansi district in Beijing as a case study to study the sewage treatment scheme suitable for the symbiotic courtyard mode.A micro aeration aerobic rapid treatment system and membrane filtration system based on negative pressure technology are proposed,achieving self treatment and reuse of sewage.The negative pressure drainage system has advantages such as small impact on the surrounding environment,small pipe diameter,flexible pipeline laying,short construction period,less clogging,and easy maintenance.It can solve the problem of sewage treatment in symbiotic hospitals,and is a key technology to improve the quality of life in symbiotic hospitals,promote the renovation of old residential areas,and achieve residents'beautiful living and innovation driven sustainable development.
