教育建筑设计的传承与创新——以咸阳市渭城中学建设为例

The Inheritance and Innovation of Educational Architecture Design--Taking the Construction of Weicheng Middle School in Xianyang City as an Example

渭城中学迁址新建项目选址于原陕棉八厂的工业区,如何在保护原厂区历史文化传承的基础之上,加强其教育环境的多元化与开放性成为本设计考虑的重点。考虑到场地中心的工业建筑保存较好,历史文化气质浓厚,布局上以这一片区为核心,打造进入校园的门户,作为学校的主入口,充分体现其标识性。本文结合规划道路设计探讨本项目如何利用主次景观轴置入节点营造独特场域,包括下沉庭院、地上广场、屋顶花园、地面花园等,供今后同类项目参考借鉴。

The relocation and new construction project of Weicheng Middle School is located in the industrial area of the original Shaanmian No.8 Factory.How to strengthen the diversity and openness of its educational environment while protecting the historical and cultural heritage of the original factory area has become a key consideration in this design.Considering that the industrial buildings in the center of the site are well preserved and have a strong historical and cultural atmosphere,the layout is centered around this area,creating a gateway to the campus as the main entrance of the school,fully reflecting its iconic nature.In combination with the planned road design,this paper discusses how to use the primary and secondary landscape axes to place nodes to create a unique field,including sunken courtyard,ground square,roof garden,ground garden,etc.,for reference by similar projects in the future.
