大思政视域下高职院校实践育人的价值体现与实践路径

The Value Embodiment and Practice Path of Practice Education in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the All-round Ideological and Political Education

在新的历史起点,“大思政”教育观从全局角度推进思想政治教育内涵式发展。大思政视域下,高职院校做好实践育人工作是加强和改进思政教育的重要途径,也是培养工匠人才的有效保障和实现人自由全面发展的内在需要。高职院校应该树立实践育人“大视野”、培育实践育人“大师资”、建设实践育人“大体系”、搭建实践育人“大平台”,多措并举、多维发力,切实提升育人工作成效。

At a new historical starting point,the all-round ideological and political education promotes the connotative development of ideological and political education.From the perspective of the all-round ideological and political education,it is an important way to strengthen and improve ideological and political education in vocational colleges to do a good job of practice education.It is also an effective guarantee for cultivating craftsmen and realizing people s freedom and comprehensive development.Vocational colleges should broaden horizons and strengthen the teacher team to improve the effectiveness of practice education.Meanwhile,vocational colleges need to create a perfect system and a collaborative platform of practice education.
