大中小学思政教育一体化视域下德育评价体系存在的问题与对策 被引量:4

摘要 大中小学思政教育一体化是进一步构建“大思政”格局下的迫切需要,是推动思政教育的有效举措。在推进思政教育一体化建设过程中,既要重视德育活动的过程,也要重视德育评价体系的构建。德育评价体系应该要适应大中小学思政教育一体化的需要,能在一体化进程中起到有效评价作用。德育评价是学校德育工作的基本环节,也是学校教育评价的重要部分。在大中小学思政教育一体化实践中要重视德育评价,对于德育评价中存在各学段衔接不畅、评价单一、保障机制不足等问题,要重点关注和优化。可以通过加强德育评价队伍的建设、探索多元、多主体评价,突出过程性评价,等方式提高德育评价在思政教育中的地位,建立德育评价保障机制。 The integration of ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools is an urgent need to further build a"big ideological and political"pattern and an effective measure to promote ideological and political education.In the process of promoting the integration of ideological and political education,we should not only pay attention to the process of moral education activities,but also pay attention to the construction of moral education evaluation system.The evaluation system of moral education should meet the needs of the integration of ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools,and can play an effective evaluation role in the process of integration.Moral education evaluation is the basic link of school moral education and an important part of school education evaluation.In the practice of integrating ideological and political education in universities,primary and secondary schools,we should attach importance to moral education evaluation,focus on and optimize the problems existing in moral education evaluation,such as poor connection between different classes,single evaluation and insufficient guarantee mechanism.We can improve the position of moral education evaluation in ideological and political education by strengthening the construction of moral education evaluation team,exploring multiple and multi-subject evaluation and highlighting process evaluation,and establish a guarantee mechanism for moral education evaluation.
