0.1%氟米龙滴眼液联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎疗效

Efficacy of 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis

目的 探讨0.1%氟米龙滴眼液与双氯芬酸钠滴眼液协同治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年3月~2019年3月期间于我院接受治疗的季节性过敏性结膜炎患者(88例)的临床资料,视其药物治疗方案的不同给予分组,分别为对照组(40例)与观察组(48例)。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液点眼,1滴/次,4次/d,观察组在对照组基础上加用0.1%氟米龙滴眼液点眼,1滴/次,2次/d。两组均连续治疗3d,观察两组入选者治疗前后临床症状评分,同时对比两组入选者治疗前后眼压水平,统计两组入选者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,两组入选者症状、体征评分均低于治疗前,且与对照组相比,观察组评分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=10.805、12.007,P=0.000、0.000);两组入选者治疗前后眼压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为14.58%,对照组不良反应发生率为12.50%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 0.1%氟米龙滴眼液与双氯芬酸钠滴眼液协同治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎患者效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状及体征,且不会增加眼压及不良反应,利于患者接受。

Objective To Iinvestigate the clinical efficacy of 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis. Methods The clinical data of patients(88 cases) with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis who treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(48 cases) according to treatment methods. The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops, 1 drop/time, 4 times/day. And the observation group was treated with 0.1%fluorometholone eye drops, 1drop/time, 2 times/day, on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 days. The clinical symptom score,intraocular pressure level and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were counted. Results The scores of symptoms and signs in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group( t=10.805, 12.007, P=0.000, 0.000). There was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after treatment( P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 14.58% and 12.50%, with no statistically significant difference( P>0.05). Conclusion 0.1% fluorometholone eye drops combined with diclofenac sodium eye drops in treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis has better effects. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, and will not increase the intraocular pressure and adverse reactions, which is beneficial for patients to accept.
