褐藻双寡糖·蛋白可溶性粉剂对小麦产量及白粉病发生的影响

摘要 为探究褐藻双寡糖·蛋白可溶性粉剂对小麦产量以及小麦白粉病发生的影响,本文设置了田间试验(舞钢市、获嘉县和新乡市)和盆栽试验,调查小麦产量和小麦白粉病病情等指标。结果表明:喷施褐藻双寡糖·蛋白可溶性粉剂的小麦产量较清水对照和空白对照显著提高了6.90%~9.90%,千粒重较清水对照和空白对照显著提高了4.42%~4.96%;病情指数较空白对照显著下降34.4%~59.3%,对小麦白粉病的防治效果为34.36%~59.30%,以褐藻双寡糖·蛋白可溶性粉剂500倍液处理效果最好。说明喷施褐藻双寡糖·蛋白可溶性粉剂可显著提高小麦产量,显著降低小麦白粉病病情指数,对小麦白粉病防控具有促进作用。 In this paper,in order to explore the effect of alginic acid and fucoidan oligosaccharides protein composition(AFOPC)on wheat yield and the occurrence of wheat powdery mildew,pot experiment and field experiments(Wugang City,Huojia County and Xinxiang City)were conducted to investigate wheat yield and the disease condition of wheat powdery mildew.The results showed that spraying alginic acid and fucoidan oligosaccharides protein composition significantly increased wheat yield by 6.90%-9.90%compared with the water control and blank control,and the 1000-grain weight significantly increased by 4.42%-4.96%compared with the water control and blank control;the disease index significantly decreased by 34.4%-59.3%compared with the blank control,the control effect on wheat powdery mildew was 34.36%-59.30%,and the best control effect was obtained when the wheat was treated with alginic acid and fucoidan oligosaccharides protein composition 500 times.It indicated that the application of alginic acid and fucoidan oligosaccharides protein composition could significantly increase wheat yield,significantly reduce the disease index of wheat powdery mildew,and promote the prevention and control of wheat powdery mildew.
