摘要 为提高运输行业安全管理水平,寻求其发展与监管的平衡点,需要辨识出运输主体生产安全中的核心要素.首先,通过因子分析法对区域内的普货运输企业千分制数据进行凝练,得出关键因子;其次,运用K-均值聚类方法,基于关键因子对样本数据进行分析,归类不同管理特性的企业类型;最后,以企业类型与常规属性进行交叉分析,通过结果分析,为行业内的分类监管提供决策支持.分析结果表明:道路普货运输企业的关键因子包含车辆及驾驶员管理、车辆动态管理、相关方及劳动保障、安全生产基础管理四项;企业类型可聚类为经验型无序管理型、依赖型被动管理型、偏主动型非均衡管理型、逐利型无序管理型.不同聚类样本对于运输主体提供服务方式呈现出显著差异性,可结合聚类结果调整行业内的监管策略. In order to improve the safety management level of the transportation industry and find a balance between its development and supervision,it is necessary to identify the core elements in the production safety of the transportation main body.First of all,the 1000-point system data of general cargo transportation enterprises in the region are condensed through factor analysis,and the key factors are obtained.Secondly,the K-means clustering method is used to analyze the sample data based on the key factors and classify the types of enterprises with different management characteristics.Finally,cross analysis is carried out based on the types of enterprises and conventional attributes.Through the result analysis,decision support is provided for classified supervision in the industry.The analysis results show that the key factors of road common freight transport enterprises include vehicle and driver management,vehicle dynamic management,relevant parties and labor security,and basic safety production management;The types of enterprises can be classified into experience type,disordered management type,dependent type,passive management type,partial initiative type,unbalanced management type,profit seeking type and disordered management type.Different clustering samples show significant differences in the way transport entities provide services,and the regulatory strategies in the industry can be adjusted in combination with the clustering results.
