摘要
为了解决步行系统评价指标权重不能反映用地类型和步行需求变化的问题,论文引入变权理论,对基于层次分析法的步行系统评价方法进行了优化.根据步行系统周边用地性质和步行需求,对评价指标的常权向量进行激励型变权或惩罚型变权,从而实现了评价指标权重与实际需求的匹配,并以案例分析验证了方法的可行性.论文对步行系统评价中的指标权重取值进行了变权优化,综合考虑了评价系统各层次指标权重与步行系统周边用地、步行需求之间的内在联系,为步行系统评价实践提供了参考借鉴.
In order to solve the problem that the weight of the walking system evaluation index can t reflect the change of land use type and walking demand,this paper introduces the variable weight theory to optimize the evaluation method of walking system based on analytic hierarchy process.According to the nature of the surrounding land and the walking demand of the pedestrian system and requirements of walkers,an incentive variable weight or penalty variable weight is put on the constant weight vector of evaluation index;in this way,the weight of evaluation index is matched with the actual demand.An example is given to verify the feasibility of the method.This paper optimizes the index weight value in the evaluation of walking system by using hierarchy variable weight,and considers the internal relationship between the weights of factors at all levels of the evaluation system and the surrounding land use and walking demand,which provides a reference for the practice of walking system evaluation.
