在地文化视角下传统民居的价值与改造设计

The Value and Renovation Design of Traditional Residential Buildings from the Perspective of Local Culture

传统民居是中华文明的灿烂瑰宝,是各地人民智慧的结晶。本文以在地文化为研究视角,探讨了在地文化与传统民居的关系,着重写了传统民居的3个价值:历史价值、文化价值和再利用价值,并以大湾村的民居改造设计为例,分析了其民居建筑的在地文化表现形式,并结合现状给出了改造策略。这些策略也同样适用于其他传统民居建筑的改造。

Traditional dwellings are a brilliant gem of Chinese civilization and a crystallization of the wisdom of people from all over the world.This article takes local culture as the research perspective and explores the relationship between local culture and traditional dwellings.It focuses on the three values of traditional dwellings:historical value,cultural value,and reuse value.Taking the renovation design of residential buildings in Dawan Village as an example,it analyzes the manifestations of local culture in their residential buildings and provides renovation strategies based on the current situation.These strategies are also applicable to the renovation of other traditional residential buildings.
