摘要
提出一种新型搭岸式单桩风机安装设备及作业方法,将既有的半潜式驳船改造为风机安装船,实现风机上部结构的整体浮运。安装船在工作海域就位后向船舱注水使得船首支腿与固定式导向架搭岸并由锚泊系统辅助定位。该安装方法兼具自升式安装平台受风浪干扰小和浮式安装法就位迅速的优势,同时无需海上吊装作业。基于Cummins方程和半物理仿真建模方法建立风机安装船的运动响应数值模型,模拟搭岸处安装船与导向架之间的相互作用力以及锚泊系统作用力,在时域范围内评估安装作业船在工作海况下的运动性能。结果表明,该新型搭岸式单桩风机安装船运动性能满足风机安装要求,是一种高效可靠的安装方式。
A semi-submersible barge is turned into a monopile wind turbine installation vessel.The operation process is introduced.Topside structures including tower,nacelle and blade can be integrally transported to point position by floating transportation.Once the barge is in place,water is injected into the cabin to make the bow outrigger touch with the guide frame.The mooring system is deployed as an assisted positioning system.Main advantages of the method are rapid positioning as a floating platform and anti-disturbance as a jack-up platform.Furthermore,offshore hoisting is not necessary.The Cummins equation is used to build a kinematic model,and the contact force between the bow-outrigger and the guide frame is simulated by the Sim-Scape toolbox.Dynamic performance under operational condition is analyzed in the time domain.The results show that the method satisfies the installation requirement of offshore wind turbine with high efficiency proved.
