摘要
扩张型心肌病是一种以左心室或双心室扩张并伴有心脏收缩功能降低为特征的异质性心肌病,是心力衰竭的重要原因,其诊断及治疗标准化有利于患者病情的早期诊断和治疗。本文综合了目前相关内容,对其分类、临床表现、诊断流程、诊断标准、药物及器械治疗、康复训练等方面进行阐述,为推动扩张型心肌病的规范化诊疗提供依据。
Dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),a heterogeneous cardiomyopathy characterized by dilated left or both ventricles with reduced cardiac systolic function,is an important cause of heart failure.The standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of DCM is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment.This paper summarizes the current relevant content,and expounds the classification,clinical manifestations,diagnostic process,diagnostic criteria,drug and device treatment,rehabilitation training and other aspects of DCM,so as to provide a basis for promoting the standardized diagnosis and treatment of DCM.
