Pulmonary allergic disease in children involves many disciplines, and its incidence rate is increasing year by year. Its clinical manifestations are complex and diverse, and the symptoms can be controlled, but it is easily to repeatable and difficult to cure.Traditional Chinese and western medicine have their own advantages in preventing and treating children's allergic diseases of the lung system,as western medicine focuses on anti-allergy and controlling airway inflammation, and traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the use of the overall concept and syndrome differentiation to treat children,so the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can make complement for each other.Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University explored and built an innovative management model of integrated traditional and western medicine with children's characteristics and multidisciplinary cooperation in the prevention and treatment of airway allergic diseases, promoted more systematic and standardized integrated treatment of traditional and western medicine, and achieved good results.
