现代社会的发展进步促使物业管理等服务行业得到发展。目前,我国的物业管理企业逐步增多,其面临的市场竞争也日益加剧。为提高管理能力与水平,物业管理企业需要加强预决算管理,实现精细化管理。基于此,阐述了预决算管理工作的必要性,概述了预决算管理工作在物业管理企业中的作用,分析了物业管理企业预决算管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。

The development and progress of modern society promotes the development of service industries such as property management.At present,property management enterprises in China are gradually increasing,and the market competition that they are facing is also intensifying day by day.In order to improve the management ability and level,property management enterprises need to strengthen the budget and final accounts management to achieve refined management.Based on this,this paper expounds the necessity of budget and final account management,summarizes the role of budget and final account management in property management enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the budget and final account management of property management enterprises,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
