浓缩生长因子在下颌阻生齿拔除术中的应用效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Application Effect of Concentrated Growth Factor in Impacted Mandibular Third Molar Extraction and its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:分析浓缩生长因子(Concentrated growth factor,CGF)在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的应用效果,以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月在笔者医院口腔科行下颌阻生智齿拔除术的患者121例。按随机数字法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(61例)。对照组采用常规拔牙术,观察组在常规拔牙术后使用CGF。观察比较两组术后的牙槽窝骨密度、拔牙窝愈合情况、并发症及其生活质量情况。结果:术后,观察组的骨密度、拔牙窝愈合情况、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症总发生率(6.56%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CGF应用于下颌阻生智齿拔除术中效果明显,可以提升组织骨量,促进拔牙窝快速愈合,并且能改善患者的生活质量,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of concentrated growth factor in impacted mandibular third molar extraction and its influence on quality of life.Methods Total of 121 patients who underwent impacted mandibular third molar extraction in the Department of Stomatology of the author's hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.According to the random number,they were divided into a control group(n=60)and a observation group(n=61).The control group received conventional tooth extraction,and the observation group used CGF after tooth extraction.After operation,the bone density of the alveolar socket,the healing of the extraction socket,complication and quality of life were observed in the two groups.Results After operation,the bone density,the healing of the extraction socket and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication in the observation group(6.56%)was lower than control group(20.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CGF has a significant effect in impacted mandibular third molar extraction,which can increase tissue bone mass,promote rapid healing of the extraction sockets,and improve the quality of life of patients and improve safety.
