先天性小耳畸形耳甲腔美学重建的研究进展

摘要 耳廓因其复杂的三维立体结构,在整形外科体表器官再造中具有严峻的挑战性。良好的耳廓形态需要耳廓各亚单位的重建,耳甲腔位于耳廓的中央,对耳廓的整体美观起着重要作用。数字化技术的进步为耳廓再造带来了便利。本文就耳甲腔美学重建的研究进展进行综述。 Due to it's complex three-dimensional structure,the auricle is a serious challenge in the reconstruction of surface organs in plastic surgery.Good shape of the auricle requires reconstruction of each subunit of the auricle.The concha cavity is located in the center of the auricle,which plays an important role in the overall appearance of the auricle.The progress of digital technology has brought convenience to auricle reconstruction.This article is intended to review the research progress of aesthetic reconstruction of the concha cavity.
