触觉是仪器感知外部环境的重要信息来源。从触觉传感器系统构成的维度出发,对触觉传感器的材料、结构、工艺、电路系统等技术领域深入分析了国内外技术热点,在研究分析的基础上提出了触觉传感器的发展趋势。

The sense of touch is an important information source for instruments to perceive the external environment.In this paper,from the dimension of the tactile sensor system,the material,structure,process,circuit system and other technical fields of tactile sensors are analyzed in depth at home and abroad,and the development trend of tactile sensors is proposed on the basis of research and analysis.
