摘要 为了解决温度变化对膜式燃气表带来的计量准确性和输差的影响,基于自修正技术和信息化技术,研制了温度自修正燃气表,开发了燃气表快速、准确的检测装置和方法,解决了燃气表检测装置中温度和压力准确控制的问题,同时解决了燃气表输出的机械信号到电信号的转换以及燃气表机械读数与电子读数不一致的问题,改善了燃气表的安全、成本和使用寿命,缓解了用户使用矛盾。 In order to solve the influence of temperature change on the metering accuracy and transmission difference of membrane gas meter,based on the self-correction technology and information technology,the temperature self-correction gas meter is developed,and the rapid and accurate detection device and method of gas meter are developed,which solves the problem of accurate control of temperature and pressure in the gas meter detection device.At the same time,the conversion of the output mechanical signal to electrical signal and the inconsistency between the mechanical reading and the electronic reading of the gas meter are solved.The safety,cost and service life of the gas meter are improved,and the contradiction between users'use is alleviated.
