氟化工管道用套管检漏法的可靠性分析

摘要 在氟化学工业中,当使用套管检漏法开展流体输送管路检漏时可能发生各种不确定的泄漏风险,相关人员需要将泄漏监测设备设置在泄漏高风险部位。文章以有限元计算为依据,深入分析各种工况下的套管情况,温度荷载作用下主管在主管收口连接位置、导淋阀2后套管、旁路阀外侧三通位置虽然热应力都达到了较高水平,但是都符合强度要求。在法兰连接主管与设备的位置,因为温度荷载在一定程度上提高了法兰当量计算压力,想要满足密封要求需使用PN16法兰。同时,由于很多氟化工企业处于大气腐蚀环境,在主管连接碳钢套管的部位有几率出现腐蚀损伤风险,主管附近三通位置的应力较高,所以应该将泄漏监测装置放置在主管收口连接部位和过滤器后阀门后的套管处。另外,在具体开展相关工作时,相关人员应尽量使用存在泄漏保护功能的套管真空检漏或套管高压检漏。 In the fluorine chemical industry,various uncertain leakage risks may occur when using the casing leakage detection method of the fluid conveying pipeline,and the relevant personnel need to set the leakage monitoring equipment in the high-risk leakage site.Based on the finite element calculation,the author will deeply analyze the casing conditions under various working conditions.Although under the temperature stress,the thermal pressure on the supervisor and the outside of the bypass valve have reached a high level,they all meet the intensity requirements.Since the position of the flange temperature load connects the supervisor to the equipment,the PN16 flange will be used to meet the sealing requirements.At the same time,because many fluorine chemical enterprises are in the atmospheric corrosion environment,there is a risk of corrosion damage in the part of the main pipe,and the stress of the three pipe in the position near the supervisor is high,so the leakage monitoring device should be placed in the connecting part of the supervisor and the casing behind the valve after the filter.In addition,in the specific work,the relevant personnel should try to use the casing vacuum leakage detection or casing high pressure leakage detection.
