摘要
文章以锡青铜C5111高精度带材的热浸镀锡生产实践为例,采用扫描电镜研究了冷却强度、热镀温度、锡液成分对镀层及IMC层薄厚的影响和工艺控制方法,分析了IMC层厚度对抗高温老化性能的影响。
In this paper,the production practice of hot dip tin plating on tin bronze C5111 high precision strip is taken as an example.The effects of cooling intensity,hot plating temperature and tin composition on the thickness of coating and IMC layer and the process control methods are studied by scanning electron microscopy.The effects of the thickness of IMC layer on the resistance to high temperature aging are analyzed.
