关于陕西省统筹山水林田湖草沙系统治理的思考

统筹山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和系统治理的关键在于“统筹”。结合陕西省推进统筹山水林田湖草沙系统治理实践,从三方面总结了陕西省统筹山水林田湖草沙系统治理取得的成效,并指出了目前统筹中存在的三个问题,从四个方面提出了进一步做好统筹山水林田湖草沙系统治理的措施建议。

The key to the integrated protection and systematic management of mountains,rivers,forests,farmland,lakes,grass and sand lies in"overall planning".Combined with the practice of promoting the system management of grass and sand in the mountains and rivers in Shaanxi province,this paper summarizes the achievements of the system management from three aspects,points out three problems existing in the current system management,and puts forward some suggestions on how to do a good job in the system control of grass and sand in the mountains,forests,lakes and lakes from four aspects.
