社会主要矛盾视域下发展全过程人民民主的三维审视

新时代以习近平同志为核心的党中央准确把握时代脉搏,对社会主义民主制度进行了全新探索和思考,提出“发展全过程人民民主,保障人民当家作主”“人民民主是社会主义的生命,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的应有之义”,为我国社会主义民主政治建设擘画了新时代的发展蓝图、提供了重要的政治遵循。当前,党和国家正努力带领人民朝着第二个百年奋斗目标前进,面对复杂严峻的国内外局势,更需要抓住社会主要矛盾,明确:正确认识和把握社会主要矛盾是发展全过程人民民主的前提;正确分析主要矛盾是发展全过程人民民主的关键;正确解决主要矛盾是发展全过程人民民主的重要保障。在破解主要矛盾的过程中不断推进全过程人民民主更好发展,集中力量团结一致共同推进社会主义现代化、建设社会主义现代化强国。

In the new era,the Central Committee of CPC,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has accurately grasped the pulse of the times and explored the socialist democratic system in a new way.It proposed“developing whole-process people’s democracy and guaranteeing the people’s mastery”by clearly pointing out that“people’s democracy is the life of socialism,and an integral part of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.”Based on this,it has drawn a blueprint for the development of socialist democracy in China in a new era and provided an important political guideline.At present,the Party and the State are trying to lead the people towards the second century goal.In the face of the complicated and severe situation at home and abroad,it is all the more necessary to grasp the major social contradiction and make it clear that correctly understanding and grasping the major social contradiction is the premise of developing whole-process people’s democracy;correctly analyzing the major contradiction is the key to developing whole-process people’s democracy;correctly solving the major contradiction is an important guarantee for developing whole-process people’s democracy.In the process of solving the major contradiction,we will continue to promote the better development of whole-process people’s democracy,and concentrate our efforts on uniting together to promote socialist modernization and build a strong socialist modern country.
