摘要
选用乙二胺和乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为反应原料,合成出一种乙二胺衍生物类碳钢缓蚀剂,利用红外光谱等对其结构进行了分析表征,采用静态失重法、极化曲线、交流阻抗等方法研究了其在双膜再生水中对Q235碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,该碳钢缓蚀剂是一种阳极抑制型缓蚀剂,其在金属表面吸附后的腐蚀电化学反应主要受电荷传递过程控制;当其投加浓度为50 mg/L时,Q235碳钢腐蚀速率为0.0266 mm/a,优于GB/T 50050—2017中规定碳钢管道腐蚀速率应小于0.075 mm/a的控制指标要求。
The ethylenediamine derivate inhibitor for carbon steel was synthesized with cysteamine hydrochloride,glycol diglycidyl ether as raw materials.The structure was characterized by infrared spectrometer.And the corrosion behaviours on Q235 carbon steel in reclaimed water by using UF-RO process were studied by means of corrosion weight-loss measurement,polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results showed that the corrosion inhibitor was an anodic adsorption type corrosion inhibitor,and the electrode reaction was controlled by the process of charge-transfer.When the dosing concentration of synthetic product was 50 mg/L,the corrosion rate of Q235 carbon steel was 0.0266 mm/a,superior to the control index requirement of GB/T 50050—2017 that the corrosion rate of carbon steel pipeline must be less than 0.075 mm/a.
