尖芽孢镰刀菌侵染对橡胶木化学组分的影响

摘要 用从自然变色的橡胶木上分离出的尖芽孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum),在28℃侵染橡胶木薄片60 d,发现尖芽孢镰刀菌可以使橡胶木薄片发生变色。以变色后的橡胶木薄片为研究对象,进行红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析和偏光、荧光显微镜观察。结果表明,红外光谱与X射线衍射分析发现尖芽孢镰刀菌侵染后的橡胶木薄片化学成分有不同程度的变化,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素有微量的降解;偏光和荧光显微镜观察发现经尖芽孢镰刀菌侵染后的橡胶木薄片基本解剖结构没有明显变化,纤维素与木质素的降解也仅少量存在于色素与菌丝处。 Fusarium oxysporum isolated from natural discolored rubber wood was used to infect rubber wood flakes for 60 d at 28℃.It was found that Fusarium oxysporum could discolor rubber wood flakes.Thin slices of discolored rubber wood were studied by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis and polarized light and fluorescence microscopy.The results showed that infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis revealed varying degrees of change in the chemical composition of Fusarium oxysporum-infested rubber wood flakes,with trace degradation of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin.Polarizing and fluorescence microscopy showed that the basic anatomical structure of rubber wood flakes infected by Fusarium oxysporum did not change significantly,and only a small amount of cellulose and lignin degradation existed in the pigment and mycelium.
