天然环保防污剂丁烯酸内酯乳状液稳定性研究

摘要 探讨了天然环保防污剂丁烯酸内酯水包油乳状液的稳定性,从实验原料和制备工艺两方面筛选了乳化剂类型、复配比例、乳化剂用量、油相体积占比、pH值、乳化时间、乳化温度、搅拌速度等对乳状液稳定性的影响。结果表明,乳化剂阴离子和非离子型乳化剂复配比例1∶2,乳化剂添加比例为丁烯酸内酯质量5%,油相体积占比水油体积的30%,pH值控制在6.5,搅拌速度500 r/min,乳化时间20 min,乳化温度20℃时,乳化稳定性值最高,所制得的乳状液的稳定性较好。 This article explores the stability of oil in water emulsion of butylene lactone,a natural environmental protection antifouling agent.The effects of emulsifier type,compounding ratio,emulsifier dosage,oil phase volume ratio,pH value change,emulsifying time,emulsifying temperature,stirring speed and other parameter variables on emulsion stability were screened from both experimental raw materials and preparation process.The result showed that the compounding ratio of emulsifier anionic and non-ionic emulsifier is 1∶2,the emulsifier addition ratio is 5%by mass of butylenactone,the oil phase volume accounts for 30%by volume of water and oil,the pH value is controlled at 6.5,the stirring speed is 500 r/min,the emulsifying time is 20 min,and the emulsifying temperature is 20℃,the emulsifying stability value is the highest,and the prepared emulsion has good stability.
