摘要
介绍了原油中水和盐的存在形式,原油中含盐含水的危害,电脱盐脱水的设备情况以及影响电脱盐效果的因素,包括温度、注水量、破乳剂种类、压力、混合强度等,概述了几种国内外现有的电脱盐脱水技术手段,包括超声波电脱盐技术、双进油双电场技术、原油脉冲脱盐技术、微波辐射法以及这些技术的应用进展,对原油电脱盐脱水技术的未来发展进行展望。
Introduced the existing forms of water and salt in crude oil,the harm of salt and water in crude oil,the equipment of electric desalting and dehydration,the factors affecting the effect of electric desalting,including temperature,water injection,type of demulsifier,pressure,mixing strength and summarizes several existing domestic and foreign electric desalting and dehydration technologies,including ultrasonic electric desalting technology,double oil inlet and double electric field technology.The microwave radiation method and the application progress of these technologies are introduced,and the future development of crude oil electric desalting and dehydration technology is prospected.
