硅烷偶联剂在混凝土中应用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 对硅烷偶联剂的种类和结构通式进行说明,介绍了硅烷偶联剂的发展历程以及应用领域,综述了国内外有关硅烷偶联剂作用于材料表面的几种主要改性机理,说明了为提升混凝土的使用寿命和使用条件,硅烷偶联剂主要用于改性水泥胶凝材料、聚羧酸减水剂,提升集料性能及改善集料-界面过渡区结构。同时指出应用时的问题:界面过渡区的形成机理并未取得一致认同,加上其形成和后期对混凝土影响的因素错综复杂,短期内不能彻底清楚界面区的结构与功能,需要更深入地研究界面区微观形貌的变化,另外从施工可行性的角度出发,简化和研究出新的集料改性工艺,给在混凝土中硅烷偶联剂进一步的研究重点指明方向。 This paper explains the types and structural formula of silane coupling agents,introduces the development history and application fields of silane coupling agents,reviews several major modification mechanisms of silane coupling agents acting on the surface of materials at home and abroad,and explains that in order to improve the service life and service conditions of concrete,silane coupling agents are mainly used to modify cementitious materials,polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents,improve aggregate performance and improve the aggregate-interface transition zone structure.At the same time,the application of the problem:the formation mechanism of the interfacial transition zone has not been unanimously agreed,coupled with its formation and the late impact on the concrete of complex factors,the structure and function of the interfacial zone can not be completely clear in the short term,the need for a more in-depth study of the changes in the microscopic morphology of the interfacial zone,in addition to the construction feasibility point of view,simplify and study the new aggregate modification process,to give the silane in concrete coupling agent in concrete further research focus on the direction.
