摘要
综述了环氧氯丙烷的4种生产工艺路线,包括丙烯高温氯化法、醋酸丙烯酯法、甘油法和氯丙烯直接环氧化法,对比分析了工艺特点和现状。重点总结了甘油法、氯丙烯直接环氧化法的研究进展。在此基础上,结合我国环氧氯丙烷行业存在的挑战,对行业的未来发展提出了建议。
Four production processes of epichlorohydrin have been summarized and compared,including high-temperature chlorination of propylene,propylene acetate method,glycerol method,and direct epoxidation of allyl chloride.Particularly the most recent progresses in glycerol method and direct epoxidation of allyl chloride were reviewed.Based on the current challenges identified for the epichlorohydrin industry in China,some future trends were forecasted and suggestions were proposed as well.
