Au@Ag NCs的制备及对痕量盐酸苯乙双胍的SERS检测

摘要 建立了一种快速检测痕量盐酸苯乙双胍的检测平台。首先制备了金种子溶液,然后进一步制备小金八面体种子液,通过种子生长法得到金纳米立方体(Au NCs)。用二叔丁氧基二乙酰氧基硅烷对其进行絮凝纯化,再生长一层银壳,得到了双金属银包金纳米立方体(Au@Ag NCs),该基底对盐酸苯乙双胍的检测限为200 ng/mL,某在售中成药中添加盐酸苯乙双胍的最低掺杂量为0.05μg/mg,远超该掺杂药品每天的最低有效量。因此该基底为药物掺杂的检测提供了一种快速、简便、低廉、有效的方法。 A rapid detection platform was established for the determination of trace phenformin hydrochloride.The Au seed solution was synthesized,then the small Au octahedron seed solution was further synthesized,and Au nanocubes(Au NCs)were obtained by seed growth method.It was flocculated and purified with di tert butoxy diacetoxy silane(BDAC),and a layer of Ag shell was regenerated to obtain bimetallic Ag coated Au nanocubes(Au@Ag NCs).The detection limit of the substrate for phenformin hydrochloride was as low as 200 ng/mL.The amounts of phenformin hydrochloride were added to a Chinese patent medicine on sale.The lowest detectable doping amount was 0.05μg/mg,far exceeding the lowest daily effective amount of the doped drug.Therefore,the substrate provides a fast,simple,cheap and effective method for the detection of drug doping.
