数字经济、公共服务与经济高质量发展——基于中国省级面板数据的实证分析

Digital Economy,Public Services,and High Quality Economic Development——Empirical analysis based on China's provincial panel data

数字经济是促进我国经济增长的新引擎,为我国经济高质量发展提供新动能。本文基于公共服务视角,以中国2011-2020年31个省份的数据作为样本,探讨数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响。研究结果显示:数字经济能够推动经济高质量发展,并且表现出区域异质性;具体从不同维度看,产业数字化对经济高质量发展的促进作用最大,数字产业化次之,数字基础设施影响不显著;数字经济可通过公共服务对经济高质量发展产生影响。因此,应强化数字经济发展,促进数字中国建设;缩小数字经济发展中存在的差距,推动区域间协调发展;拓展数字经济在公共服务领域中的应用范围,提高公共服务效率,助力经济高质量发展。

The digital economy is a new engine for promoting China's economic growth and providing new driving force for high-quality economic development.This article is based on the perspective of public services and uses data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 as samples to explore the impact of the digital economy on high-quality economic development.The research results show that the digi-tal economy can promote high-quality economic development and exhibit regional heterogeneity;From different dimensions,industrial digiti-zation has the greatest promoting effect on high-quality economic development,followed by digital industrialization,and the impact of digital infrastructure is not significant;The digital economy can have an impact on the high-quality development of the economy through public ser-vices.Therefore,we should strengthen the development of the digital economy and promote the construction of a digital China;Narrow the gaps in the development of the digital economy and promoting coordinated development between regions;Expand the application scope of the digital economy in the field of public services,improve the efficiency of public services,and assist in high-quality economic development.
