商业保险助推共同富裕的理论逻辑与实证检验

The Theoretical Logic and Empirical Test of Commercial Insurance Boosting Common Prosperity

保险业的基本功能决定了其能在共同富裕进程中有所作为。选取2013-2020年相关数据建立省际共同富裕指数,运用双向固定效应模型和面板门限模型分析商业保险消费对共同富裕的推动作用。结果显示:(1)总体上商业保险消费显著推进了共同富裕;(2)分业务来看,财产保险消费对共同富裕的促进效应不显著,而人身保险消费能够显著促进共同富裕;(3)老龄化程度越高的地区,商业保险消费对共同富裕的促进效应越强。据此认为,应进一步大力开拓潜在保险市场、继续推进保险业回归本质、不断强化保险应对老龄化问题的服务能力,才能使保险业在推进共同富裕进程中发挥更大作用。

The basic function of the insurance industry determines that it can make a difference in the process of common prosperity.Select relevant data from 2013 to 2020 to establish the inter provincial common prosperity index,and use the two-way fixed effect model and panel threshold model to analyze the promotion of commercial insurance consumption on common prosperity.The results show that:(1)On the whole,commercial insurance consumption has significantly promoted common prosperity;(2)In terms of business,property in-surance consumption has no significant promoting effect on common prosperity,while life insurance consumption can significantly promote common prosperity;(3)The higher the degree of aging,the stronger the promotion effect of commercial insurance consumption on com-mon prosperity.According to this,we should further vigorously develop the potential insurance market,continue to promote the return of the insurance industry to its essence,and constantly strengthen the service ability of the insurance industry to deal with the aging problem,so that the insurance industry can play a greater role in promoting the process of common prosperity.
