江苏省妇幼健康服务项目价格水平研究:基于长三角地区的比较

Study on the Price Level of Maternal and Child Health Service Projects in Jiangsu Province: Based on the Comparative Analysis on the Yangtze River Delta

目的:分析江苏省现行妇幼健康服务项目价格水平,为优化价格提供参考依据。方法:采用描述性统计分析方法,评价江苏省与长三角其余地区的价格差异程度。结果:江苏省现行妇幼健康服务项目价格水平总体较为均衡,部分妇幼健康服务项目价格水平偏低。康复医疗类(100%)、儿科类(72.73%)、妇科类(69.23%)、产科类(60.00%)、计划生育类(60.00%)的价格低于长三角地区的最高价;而康复医疗类(100%)、妇科类(56.41%)、儿科类(50.00%)、产科类(50.00%)、计划生育类(40.00%)的价格低于长三角地区的平均价。结论:长三角地区妇幼健康服务项目规范和价格存在一定差异,需进一步完善妇幼健康服务项目规范。

Objective:To analyze the current price level of maternal and child health service projects in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide basis for optimizing the price.Methods:The price differences among Jiangsu Province and other Yangtze River Delta regions are compared by descriptive statistical analysis.Results:The price level of current maternal and child health service projects in Jiangsu Province is generally balanced,and some maternal and child health services projects are low.The prices of rehabilitation(100%),pediatrics(72.73%),gynecology(69.23%),obstetrics(60.00%)and family planning(60.00%)are lower than the highest prices in the Yangtze River Delta region.The prices of rehabilitation(100%),gynecology(56.41%),pediatrics(50.00%),obstetrics(50.00%)and family planning(40.00%)are lower than the average prices in the Yangtze River Delta.Conclusion:There are some differences in the specifications and prices of maternal and child health service projects in the Yangtze River Delta,and the specifications of maternal and child health service projects need to be further improved.
