门诊患者对互联网医院益处和风险感知及影响因素分析

Investigating the Status and Influence Factors of Patients' Perceived Benefit and Risk on the Internet Hospital

目的:从感知益处和感知风险两个方面调查患者对互联网医院认知状况,分析影响患者对互联网医院认知的关键因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,对深圳市宝安人民医院(集团)门诊患者进行互联网医院认知状况调查。采用秩和检验、多分类有序logistic回归分析不同特征患者对互联网医院益处和风险认知水平差异及影响因素。结果:在参与调查的246名患者中,对互联网医院感知益处主要为“减少途中和院内感染疾病风险”(80.9%)和“给日常生活节约更多时间”(80.5%);对互联网医院感知风险主要为“遭遇网络诈骗”(47.2%)和“泄露个人隐私”(48.8%)。文化水平相对较高的患者更可能感知互联网医院益处(初中或高中:OR=3.25,95%CI为1.12~9.44,P<0.05;大专及以上:OR=4.15,95%CI为1.39~12.41,P<0.05),社区健康服务中心就诊患者感知互联网医院风险大的可能性相对较高(OR=2.06,95%CI为1.21~3.50,P<0.01)。结论:患者对互联网医院益处和风险认知受不同因素影响,需加强其自身优势宣传,提升患者的益处认知水平;加强网络安全建设,建立健全互联网医院体制和机制。

Objective:It aimed to investigate patients'recognition of benefits and risks on using the Internet hospital,and to analyze the key factors associated with the recognition.Methods:A questionnaire survey was performed to investigate the cognitive status of the Internet hospital among outpatients of Shenzhen Baoan People's Hospital(Group).Rank sum test and multinomial ordinal logistic regression were used to analyze the difference of benefits and risks cognition of the Internet hospital among patients with different characteristics and the factors influencing patients'perception of the benefits and risks of the Internet hospital.Results:Among the 246 patients who participated in the survey,the perceived benefits and risks of the Internet hospital were mainly"reducing the risk of on route and in-hospital infection"(80.9%)and"saving more time for daily life"(80.5%),and the perceived risks of the Internet hospital were mainly"network fraud"(47.2%)and"disclosure of personal privacy"(48.8%).Patients with junior higher education level were more likely to perceive benefits of the Internet hospital(junior high school or high school:OR=3.25,95%CI:1.12-9.44,P<0.05;College or above:O R=4.15,95%CI:1.39-12.41,P<0.05).Patients in community health centers were more likely to perceive risks of the Internet hospital(O R=2.06,95%CI:1.21-3.50,P<0.01).Conclusion:Patients'perceptions of the benefits and risks of Internet hospitals are affected by various factors.It is imperative to strengthen the publicity of their own advantages and improve patients'cognition of benefits.The construction of network security need to be strengthened,and establish and improve the system and mechanism of the Internet hospital.
