离散元法研究污染场地治理药土混拌反应效果

Research on the Mixing Reaction Effect of Powder Agent and Soil in the Contaminated Site Treatment Based on Discrete Element Method

摘要 基于离散元法仿真软件(EDEM)对筛分混合铲斗中的污染土壤与修复药剂混拌反应效果进行数值模拟与仿真试验。通过正交试验得出各因素对混拌反应效果的影响程度,试验结果表明:在搅拌轴同向转动情况下,物料卸料存在显著偏置堆积效应;搅拌轴转速、物料填充率以及混拌次数对物料混拌效果均存在影响,填充率对混拌反应效果影响最大,最佳的混拌工艺条件为:搅拌轴转速3rad/s、物料填充率60%、混拌1次;周期性改变搅拌轴转向可以提升混拌效果。 The EDEM was used to conduct numerical simulation and simulation test on the mixing reaction effect of contaminated soil and remediation powder agent in the screening mixing bucket based on the discrete element method.The degree of influence of each factor on the mixing reaction effect was obtained by the orthogonal test.The test results show that:when the stirring shaft rotates in the same direction,the materials discharged has a significant offset accumulation effect;stirring shaft speed,material filling rate and mixing times have influences on the mixing effect,the filling rate has the greatest influence on the mixing reaction effect,and the optimal mixing process conditions are as follows:stirring shaft speed 3rad/s,material filling rate 60%,mixing for one time;periodically changing the rotation direction of the stirring shaft can improve the mixing effect.
