人工智能在胆道疾病新型诊疗模式中的研究进展

摘要 鉴于传统的诊疗方法在诊断胆总管结石、鉴别胆道肿瘤及预测预后等方面的潜力有限,以人工智能技术为代表的新型诊疗模式逐渐在临床实践中发挥重要作用。人工智能技术基于机器学习及深度学习提取临床资料和影像学图像特征,利用计算机的数据处理能力,实现快速精准的临床预测并指导临床决策。本文结合国内外研究结果,总结人工智能技术在胆道疾病的诊断、治疗效果预测以及预后判断等方面的作用,思考人工智能的应用前景及挑战,以期为改良目前的临床诊疗模式、实现胆道疾病的精准医疗提供新的思路及方法。 In view of the limited potential of traditional diagnostic and therapeutic methods in diagnosing choledocholithiasis,identifying biliary tract tumors and predicting prognosis,and the new diagnostic and therapeutic pattern represented by artificial intelligence technology is gradually playing an important role in clinical practice.Artificial intelligence technology extracts clinical data and imaging image features based on machine learning and deep learning,and uses the data processing capabilities of computers to achieve fast and accurate clinical prediction and guide clinical decision-making.Combined domestic and foreign research achievements,the roles of artificial intelligence technology on the diagnosis,prediction of treatment effects and prognosis of biliary diseases are summarized,and the application prospects and challenges of artificial intelligence are considered,hoping to provide new ideas and methods for improving the current clinical diagnostic and therapeutic pattern and realizing precision medicine of biliary diseases.
