中西医结合保守治疗在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用研究

Application of conservative treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探究中西医结合保守治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法选取晋西机器工业集团有限责任公司医院收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用西乐葆+甲钴胺的西药保守治疗方式,观察组联合应用中药补阳还五汤以及推拿治疗,2组治疗周期均为6个月。对比2组临床疗效、腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科协会下腰痛(JOA)评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰部疼痛情况、下肢疼痛与麻木情况。结果观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组ODI评分、JOA评分、VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组ODI、VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组腰部疼痛情况、下肢疼痛与麻木情况无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组腰部疼痛情况、下肢疼痛与麻木情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中西医结合的保守治疗方式临床疗效确切,可显著改善腰部疼痛情况、下肢疼痛与麻木情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of conservative treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.80 subjects were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with Celebrex+Mecobalamin,while the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and massage on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 6 months.After in-hospital treatment and discharge follow-up,the clinical efficacy,lumbar Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA),visual analog scale/score(VAS),lumbar pain,lower limb pain and numbness of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ODI score,JOA score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,ODI and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and JOA scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lumbar pain,lower limb pain and numbness between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the waist pain,lower limb pain and numbness in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,the conservative treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a definite clinical effect,which can significantly improve the patients'lumbar pain,lower limb pain and numbness,which is worthy of clinical application.
