摘要
黑木相思为含羞草科金合欢属常绿乔木,也是相思类树种中最高大的乔木之一,由于开花习性和气候因素的影响,其杂交育种难以开展,限制了黑木相思的遗传育种工作。本研究以黑木相思种子园内的30个优良无性系及其半同胞子代优良单株为材料,基于8对SSR引物对黑木相思半同胞子代群体中的12个优良单株进行父本鉴定。8对SSR引物的多态性较高,30个黑木相思优良无性系在8对引物中共得到52个等位基因,12个已知母本的优良单株通过SSR分型确定了其父本,各优良单株与其鉴定出的父本的累积父权相对概率均约等于99.99%,聚类分析与SSR分型结果相符。研究结果为黑木相思的遗传改良提供参考。
Acacia melanoxylon is an evergreen tree of Acacia,and it is also one of the largest trees in Acacia species.Due to the influence of flowering habits and climatic factors,it is difficult to carry out its crossing breed-ing,which limits the genetic breeding.In this study,30 elite clones and 12 excellent individual trees from their se-mi-sib progeny population were identified based on eight pairs of SSR primers.The polymorphism of 8 pairs of SSR primers was relatively high.A total of 52 alleles were obtained and the male parents of 12 excellent individual trees were determined by SSR genetic typing.The relative probability of cumulative patriarchy between each tree and its identified male parent was about 99.99%.The results of cluster analysis were consistent with the results of SSR genetic typing.The results provide a reference for genetic improvement of A.melanoxylon.
