This study explores the digitalization and intelligentization transformation of financial management in modern seed industry enterprises.With the rapid development of information technology,seed industry enterprises need to constantly adapt to the trend of digitalization and intelligentization,strengthen the information construc-tion of financial management,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial management.This paper ana-lyzes the current situation and problems of financial management in modern seed industry enterprises from the perspective of digitalization and intelligentization,and proposes strategies and paths for digitalization and intelli-gentization transformation to promote the transformation and upgrading of financial management in seed industry enterprises.The research in this paper has certain reference value for the digitalization and intelligentization trans-formation of financial management in modern seed industry enterprises.
