Design of Drilling Arm of Monorail Crane-drilling-anchor Integrated Machine

钻臂是单轨吊钻锚一体机的重要工作部件。针对目前单轨吊钻臂仅安装1台凿岩机,钻孔使用工况单一的情况,设计了一种可同时安装1台凿岩机、1台锚杆机的钻臂;该钻臂上凿岩机与锚杆机在圆周方向呈90°布置,可同步进行巷道断面爆破孔及巷道顶板及侧帮锚杆孔的施工作业。同时在钻臂上安装有卷管器、扶钎器、顶紧装置等各种辅助钻进装置,这些辅助装置可使凿岩机在钻孔工作时快速钻进,提高凿岩效率并降低卡钻故障。

Drilling arm is an important working part of monorail crane-drill-anchor integrated machine.Aiming at the situation that only one rock drill is installed on monorail crane-drill arm at present and the working condition of drilling is single,a drilling arm which can simultaneously install one rock drill and one bolt machine was designed.The rock drill and the bolt machine on the drilling arm are arranged at 90°in the circumferential direction,which can simultaneously carry out the construction of the tunnel section blasting hole,the tunnel roof and the side wall bolt hole.At the same time,various auxiliary drilling devices,such as pipe winder,drill holder and jacking device are installed on the drilling arm.These auxiliary devices can make the drill drill drill quickly during drilling,improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the sticking fault.
