摘要
为了实现智能矿山工业互联生态中多系统及终端统一帧格式温度信号的实时采集、存储、数据接入与井上监测,提出了一种面向矿井关键机械的铂热电阻可扩展型测试系统设计。系统选用分屉式模块化架构,单屉设计有5路温度系数大、耐久性强、线性度高的三线制铂热电阻PT1000,分别作为整流电桥电路中的一个臂进行测量。测试结果表明,系统可对-60~60℃内的多个分布节点实时同步采样、存储、数据融合、接入显示,误差不超±1℃,数据传输稳定可靠,传输速度达860 Mb/s以上,可用于对井下关键部位如筛分设备、轴承体、带式输送机、减速机等设备仪表的温度监测与保护,对于赋能矿业智能化建设有较大实际意义。
In order to realize the real-time acquisition,storage,data access and on-well monitoring of temperature signals of multi-system and terminals in a unified frame format in the industrial interconnected ecology of intelligent mine,proposed a extensible test system design for platinum thermal resistance for intelligent mine.The system adopts a drawer-type modular structure,and a single drawer was designed with five three-wire platinum thermal resistors PT1000 with large temperature coefficient,strong durability and high linearity,which are respectively used as one arm in the rectifier bridge circuit for measurement.The test results show that the system can synchronize real-time sampling,storage,data fusion,and access display for multiple distributed nodes in the range of-60 to 60℃,the error does not exceed±1℃,the data transmission is stable and reliable,and the transmission speed reaches 860 Mb/s.The above can be used to detect and protect the temperature of key parts of the well such as screening equipment,bearing bodies,belt conveyors,reducers and other equipment and meters,which has great practical significance for enabling the intelligent construction of the mining industry.
