智能掘锚一体机的树脂胶棒自动加注机构研究

Research on Resin Glue Rod Automatic Filling Mechanism of Intelligent Anchor Digging Machine

为了降低劳动强度、减少辅工数量、实现自动化,研发了为掘锚一体机配套用的树脂胶棒自动加注机构。该机构可实现树脂胶棒存储、自动送料、自动分料和喷射加注功能。对机构的料仓、喷射机构及动力系统的设计进行了研究。试验表明:树脂胶棒自动加注机构设计合理,可降低工人劳动强度,实现自动化、少人化。

In order to reduce labor intensity,reduce the number of auxiliary workers and realize automation,a resin glue rod automatic filling mechanism for anchor digging machine was developed.The mechanism can realize the functions of resin glue rod storage,automatic feeding,automatic feeding and injection;The design of silo,jet mechanism and power system of this mechqnism was studied.The test shows that the resin glue rod automatic filling mechanism design is reasonable,can reduce labor intensity and realize automation with fewer people.
